να λάβεις μέρος στο σεμινάριο “EnACT” που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από 6-13
Απριλίου, κοντά στη Βουδαπέστη της Ουγγαρίας (περισσότερες πληροφορίες

Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε
youthworkers, youth leaders, κοινωνικούς λειτουργούς, εκπαιδευτικούς,
ψυχολόγους και άτομα που εργάζονται στον τομέα της υποστήριξης των νέων,
και έχει ως στόχο την απόκτηση νέων εργαλείων μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης
για την εμψύχωση και ενδυνάμωση των νέων.

EnACT – Empowerment through Nature, Authentic Communication &
Theatre” training course aims to develop the competences of youth
workers to engage and empower young people to become responsible
citizens through enhanced communication skills, conflict resolution
techniques, entrepreneurial thinking and active participation in their
lives, work and communities.
There is a huge need for young people to be more empowered to realise their dreams, to turn their ideas into actions and to play an active part in the life of their communities and societies. Youth workers, volunteers and trainers need more creative and innovative methods and effective techniques to engage young people more actively. With our training course we seek to address the need of empowering youth through engaging and effective non-formal and informal learning methods. We are ready to introduce different methods to address these issues such as communication development, conflict resolution and effective team-work.
Objectives:
– To identify effective and creative methods to engage young people to be active in their lives and communities
– To explore and understand how theatre & outdoor based methods can be used as tools for youth empowerment
– To introduce effective communication techniques in order to create positive dialogue and authentic communication
– To develop competences to implement tools, non-formal and informal educational methods of conflict resolution
– To provide space for participants for discussion and sharing best practices and to develop their training skills and competences
– To improve knowledge about Erasmus+ Programme as a tool for enhancing the international dimension of youth work through capacity building activities
During our training course we are going to use and introduce non-formal and informal educational tools with a special attention to outdoor training elements and theatrical methods.
With this training course we seek to improve the level of key competences and skills of youth workers, such as sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and multilingualism, in order to improve the quality of their work and the activities they organise, and to reach further into the european dimension of youth work.
At the end of the training course, our participants will be motivated to participate more actively in the lives of their organisations, develop more projects with and for young people and will be better equipped to provide a higher quality of youth work delivery due to their experience and use of different innovative & effective methods.
Το πρόγραμμα συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+ και καλύπτει 100% διαμονή και διατροφή (3 γεύματα) καθώς και το κόστος του ταξιδιού μέχρι το ποσό των 275 ευρώ.

Το σεμινάριο έχει κόστος συμμετοχής 50 ευρώ, το οποίο ορίστηκε και
λαμβάνεται από τον Οργανισμό που πραγματοποιεί το πρότζεκτ στην
Ουγγαρία.
